STEPS TO A SUCCESSFUL APPLICATION

REMINDER: upload documents as filetype .pdf to reduce their file size.

You can use this application portal to apply for study at RCA if you are:

  • Considering Higher Degree Research studies (MicroBachelors® or MicroMasters® )
  • An applicant wanting to study a XSeries or Professional Certificate including pathway programs (English, Foundation, Diploma)
  • An applicant wanting to study Language programs

Any potential students who have questions regarding the application process should contact the Office of Admissions at admissions@royalcollege.lu

To start your RCA application today you need to consider three steps:

  1. CLICK Apply Now button to pay the RCA Application Fee for all Online Applications.  Applications for the 2023-2024 Academic Year will incur a €45 non-refundable fee, payable prior to applying.
  2. COMPLETE all details on the application form and upload all required documents. Please ensure you have all evidence ready in .pdf format before commencing your application.
  3. If you cannot complete the RCA Online Application Form, please CLICK Apply Now Download to download a hard-copy form.  You fill out the form by hand, scan and return to admissions@royalcollege.lu or send by post.  You will be charged a €120 non-refundable fee for this service.

All fees will be charged as €EUR and are non-refundable.

ONLINE APPLICATION FOR ALL RCA COURSES INCLUDING DUAL COURSES.

You’ll need to provide:

  • Your correct name as represented in your passport, plus accurate residential address and email.  PLEASE NOTE: This is how RCA will contact you in the future.  If your information is not correct, we cannot contact you.

  • a scanned, complete academic transcript for any non-RCA studies required for pre-requisite entry.

  • a scanned copy of your passport or national ID card

  • documentation demonstrating your language proficiency, if the instructional language is not your first language.
